Born 24 September 1857; Christened 29 October 1857 at Newcastle Under Lyme, Stafford, England.
Married Clement Holdsworth at Steele Church, Staffs 27 Sep 1878.
They resided at
Netherside Hall, Threshfield, Skipton.

Emma Louisa died 13 December 1926, at The Beeches, Linton, Nr Skipton in her 70th year and was interred in the family mausoleum at
All Saints' Church, Salterhebble.
