The text reads as follows: Halifax Incorporated Chamber of Commerce At the 43rd Annual Meeting of the Members of the Chamber held on the 25th day of January 1905. It was unanimously Resolved that this Chamber hereby places on record, its thanks and appreciation of the services rendered by C Holdsworth Esq. J.P. in the discharge of his duties as President during the last two years. His business capabilities and courtesy to the Members of the Chamber combined with tart and good judgement, have rendered his term of office as pleasant to the Members as it has been useful to the trade of the district.
