Miss Ivy Watts of Woodside Road, Boothtown stated in 1988 that her uncle George Watts took this photograph and developed and printed it himself in the cellar of his home at Mile Cross. [His signature is on the photo.]
According to Ivy, the trophy was one competed for on a regular basis known as the Halifax Workshops competition.
